Mechanisms of hepatotoxicity caused by lipopolysaccharide or acetaminophen, including cellular and molecular effects on isolated hepatocytes, liver macrophages and endothelial cells, Characterization of subpopulations of liver macrophages and endothelial following toxicant injury, Modulating the immune response to hepatotoxicants to modify liver injury by using knockout mice, Mechanisms of tissue repair following toxicant-induced injury
