Dr. Brust-Sisti actively collaborates with and educates medical residents, as well as, other healthcare professionals. Her responsibilities include daily patient rounds, patient counseling, diabetes education, adverse drug event reporting, and committee participation. In addition, she serves as an Internal Medicine preceptor for the site’s PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency. She also serves as a course co-coordinator for Pharmacy Communications I, Pharmacy Communications II, and Adventures in Pharmacy Practice at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. In addition, she educates and provides lectures in the Renal/GI/Nutrition Therapy, Concepts in Palliative and End-of-Life Care, and Herbals and Alternative Medicines Courses. She is an enthusiastic advocate for the profession of pharmacy and enjoys presenting career information to high school students. Dr. Brust-Sisti is a member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), and New Jersey Society of Health-System Pharmacists (NJSHP).
