Research Interests
Arginylation, Proteomics, Targeted Protein Degradation are the three major research topics.
- Identify ATE1 substrates and their arginylation sites from human proteomes.
- Elucidate the cellular functions of arginylation using cell and animal models.
- Develop Arginylation Targeting Chimera (ArgTAC) degraders as novel therapeutics.
