Research Interests

Arginylation, Proteomics, Targeted Protein Degradation are the three major research topics.

  1. Identify ATE1 substrates and their arginylation sites from human proteomes.
  2. Elucidate the cellular functions of arginylation using cell and animal models.
  3. Develop Arginylation Targeting Chimera (ArgTAC) degraders as novel therapeutics.
