Melissa Kudlak, class of 2026, has been awarded the 2023 Futures Grant by the ACCP Foundation. Melissa is mentored by Dr. Andrew Gow and the title of her research study is “Elucidating Flavored E-cigarette–Induced Pulmonary Toxicity Using Precision Cut Lung Slices.”
The Futures Grants program supports the development of research skills for students, trainees, and early-career AACP members, with the objective of establishing and maintaining an interest in clinical pharmacy research.
The Foundation received eleven applications that were reviewed by an expert panel resulting in the selection of two recipients.
