About Us

The National Community Pharmacists Association is a professional organization dedicated to the promotion of all aspects of independent community pharmacy practice. At the national level, NCPA is actively involved in a variety of legislative affairs. Legislative efforts include pro-consumer issues such as access to healthcare, patient education initiatives and reimbursement for pharmacists’ cognitive services. The organization sponsors several national meetings yearly, offers a monthly publication and student newsletter, and provides student loans and scholarships through the NCPA Foundation. Student members participate in several community service projects.
