Bio
 
Dr. Anand obtained her degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy.  She completed a pharmacy practice residency at Saint Michael’s Medical Center.  Dr. Anand currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Administration, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy.  Her practice area is in Internal Medicine at Hunterdon Medical Center (HMC) in Flemington, New Jersey.  Dr. Anand’s responsibilities include IV to PO program, anticoagulation, geriatric assessments, and ambulatory care.  As clinical coordinator, she serves on several committees such as Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Medication Management, Anti-biotic Stewardship committee, Diabetes Task Force, Anticoagulation, and ICU committee.  In addition to her clinical duties she has been appointed Residency Program Director at HMC.  Dr. Anand is also a member of New Jersey Pharmacists Association (NJPhA), American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), and American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP).
