Dr. Saleh received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Minnesota.  She then completed a 2-year residency in Clinical Pharmacy focusing on critical care at the A.B. Chandler Medical Center at the University of Kentucky.  She is also a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.

She currently holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor and Vice Chair for Program Development and Assessment with the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Administration at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers – The State University of New Jersey.  Her practice site is Monmouth Medical Center, an affiliate of the Saint Barnabas Healthcare System, where she serves as the clinical pharmacist for the medical/surgical intensive care unit.


Promoting the appropriate use of medications within the critical care setting through the development of innovative clinical pharmacy services.  Areas of emphasis include medication use evaluation, adverse drug reaction surveillance, and provision of drug information to physicians, nurses, and other health care personnel.
