Radwa El-Srougy is a Clinical Assistant Professor with the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Administration for The Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy of Rutgers University. Her practice area is in Internal Medicine at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in Bergen County, NJ. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.  After graduation, she completed a Residency in Pharmacy Practice at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson.

Radwa is involved with the Internal Medicine clinical practice in conjunction with the Department of Medicine with a focus on anticoagulation, hyperglycemia and adverse event surveillance and reporting as a function of departmental needs and professional interest. She also serves on several committees including P&T, CHF, Fall Prevention, Risk Management and Venous Thromboembolism.

At The Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, Radwa is involved as a course co-coordinator for the HIV elective course and teaches various topics in other courses including Renal/GI/Nutrition Therapeutics and Pharmacology for the Physician Assistant Program associated with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She also serves on the Planning and Development committee and Faculty/Staff ACPE self-study subcommittee. Radwa is active nationally as a member of NJSHP, ACCP, and ASHP.
