Alumnus/a of the Year Nomination Process
Annually since 1958 the Pharmacy Alumni Association has recognized an alumnus/a as the recipient of its prestigious Alumnus/a of the Year. This designation is awarded to the individuala for their professional and noteworthy accomplishments in pharmacy and other fields that have brought distinction to them and their alma mater.
In an effort to become more aware of the accomplishments of the School's alumni and to allow for involvement from a variety of sources, the Alumni Association for the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy is searching for input from you and other alumni to be considered for future years. With this in mind, the Association seeks nominations (including self-nominations) for alumni who may be worthy if this honor.
Nominations should include the following information:
Letters of support or endorsement can also be included but are not required for an individual to be considered in the selection process.
