Annually since 1958 the Pharmacy Alumni Association has recognized an alumnus/a as the recipient of its prestigious Alumnus/a of the Year. Over the years this designation has been awarded to individuals for their professional and noteworthy accomplishments in pharmacy and other fields that have brought distinction to them and their alma mater.

In an effort to become more aware of the accomplishments of the school's alumni and to allow for involvement from a variety of sources, the Alumni Council for the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy is in search of input from you and other alumni to be considered for future years. With this in mind, the Council is seeking nominations (including self-nominations) for alumni who may be worthy of this honor.

Nominations should include the following information:

• Name (including updated contact information for self-nominations),
• Class Year,
• Biographical Overview and/or curriculum vitae, and
• Background Information related to professional/community activities and accomplishments.

Letters of support or endorsement can also be included but are not required for an individual to be considered in the selection process. All forgoing information should be sent by Friday, March 3, 2006, to:
